Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Zari by Priyanka. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn

• Unwashed and unaltered

• Free from perfume, stains, makeup, or any other marks

• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Store Credit & Exchange

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Cash refunds are not applicable.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For such claims, a continuous 360° parcel opening video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened without any cuts or edits, along with clear photographs of the issue, is mandatory.

Claims without the required opening video and photographs may not be accepted.

Non Returnable & Non Exchangeable Items

The following products or orders are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or altered products

• Stitched-to-measure products

• Pre-order products or orders containing pre-order items

• Final Sale products

• Clearance products

• Gift cards

• All international orders

• Orders below ₹3,000

Discount Code & Promotional Offers

If a discount code or promotional offer is applied to an order and is conditional on purchasing multiple products or meeting specific requirements, the entire discount will become void if a return or exchange causes the order to no longer meet those requirements.

The discount will then be recalculated, and the applicable difference will be adjusted against the return or exchange value.

For example, if a discount applies when purchasing 3 products and 1 product is returned or exchanged, the discount will be cancelled if the remaining products no longer qualify for the offer.

Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection.

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of:

• Wear or use

• Washing

• Perfume or fragrance

• Stains or makeup marks

• Damage

• Missing tags

• Missing or damaged original packaging

Products that do not meet our return conditions may be shipped back to the customer.

Reverse Pickup | India Only

Reverse pickup is available only for orders delivered within India.

A ₹150 reverse pickup fee applies to every approved return or exchange request.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to us.

Where a specific return or exchange policy is mentioned on the respective product page, the policy stated on that product page will take precedence.
