At Zari by Priyanka, we value the trust you place in our craftsmanship. Please review our Return/exchange policy before placing an order.

✨ Our Promise: We value your trust. Every saree is carefully checked before dispatch. In case of any genuine issue, we ensure a quick and fair resolution. Please note that COD orders do not qualify for return or exchange unless a wrong item has been received. In this case only exchange is permitted.

*Jewellery, Bags, Salwar Suits, Handwork and customised sarees and Watches do not have Return/exchange option*

1. Product Care & Color Disclaimer

  • Most sarees are color-dyed; mild color bleeding is natural. For Ajrakh sarees, color mixing and discolouration is common due to handblock and natural dyeing process. This is not considered as defect.

  • Recommended Care: Dry clean only.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for mild color bleeding, cuts or thread pulls in weaving.

  • We strive for accurate product photography, but 5–10% color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, and device screens. This will not be considered a defect.

  • There is no return/exchange for sarees purchased with customised blouses or sarees made on order or handwork or customised pattern/colour.
  • There is no return or exchange on Ajrakh mirror work collection or any handwork or customised sarees, these are made by the artisans per order.
  • For Ajrakh plain sarees are only eligible for exchange/store credit.

2. Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Full parcel opening video clearly showing label and full package sealed is required for any claims without any edits. Any other videos will not be eligible for return/exchange.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Sarees with blouse handwork/stitched/customized /preorder cannot be returned. Also, clearance/Final sale items do not qualify for return.

  • The Sarees above Rs 6,500 or any saree below Rs 2000 are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • For COD parcels, no return and exchange will be available.
  • Refunds are only issued as store credit.

  • Exchange can be approved depending on the reason of return and the shipping charge will be borne by customer.

  • We only offer exchange or Store credit for all returns. Refund is only issued in case of any incorrect item received and a full parcel opening video without edits showing full parcel properly should be submitted as a proof which should be approved by our team. It's only exceptional scenarios.

  • Once the product is received and inspected we will let you know the status. 

  • If the customer has received a different product, either we will arrange the pick up or we can reimburse shipping charge up to Rs 150.

  • If its the case that customer wishes to return the product otherwise, the customer will need to pay 4% platform fees and shipping charge of 150 -200Rs (Inward) depending on location. We only arrange outward shipping if the reason is a mistake from our end. Customer needs to arrange the courier back to our address provided if the customer changed their mind to return the product.

  • Only a single exchange or return is allowed for each product.

    If you choose the exchange option, you will need to ship the saree back to us. Once we receive it, the exchanged item will be sent to you. Please note that the shipping charge for sending the exchanged item will need to be paid separately.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on all orders within India.
  • Standard time for order processing is within 3 to 7 business days however this will change according to each saree. Please see the product details.
  • Delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Please note that while we strive to dispatch and deliver all orders within the mentioned timelines, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other logistical issues.

    We shall not be held responsible for shipment delays caused by third party courier or logistics partners once the order has been dispatched from our end. However, if there is any delay directly caused from our side in processing or dispatching the order, we will take full responsibility and provide the necessary support to resolve the issue.

Note: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/Email.

5. Partial COD orders

  • For all Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returns and exchanges are strictly not applicable.
  • In case a Partial COD order is returned or refused by the customer, the initial booking amount paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges, if approved, can only be processed through prepaid shipping/bookings.
  • For exchanges, the re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted accordingly.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after placing the order.
  • 4% platform fee will be charged per order for cancellation in any exeptional scenario cancellation.

5. Privacy & Secure Checkout

  • 100% Secure Payments via UPI, Cards, and Wallets.

  • We never share your data with third parties.

Mandatory: We require the full parcel unboxing video (without any edit) for any claim.

Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order under our standard delivery timeline. We kindly request you to contact us only if the order has not been delivered after the two week period. If the delivery exceeds two weeks, you may message or email us regarding the shipment delay, and we will update you on the status.
