At Zari by Priyanka, we aim to deliver your sarees quickly and safely while keeping shipping transparent.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Shipping across India only for orders placed on website.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business working days.

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped. In case, the tracking number could not be shared, please wait until 7 to 10 working days after receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

2. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide except few countries. We have Minimum order quantity for International shipping. Please contact on our instagram/whatsapp to enquire. 

  • Shipping rates vary based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

  • Any applicable customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days (varies by country).

3. Order Processing & Delays

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing their full and accurate shipping details, including their complete name, house/apartment number, street address, city, state, postal code, and contact number at the time of placing an order.

We will not be held liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or any customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. This includes both the Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipping charges and the cost of shipping the parcel again to the correct address. These charges must be paid in full before the order can be re-dispatched.
