Every piece in our collection is a reflection of timeless craftsmanship, heritage, and artistry. To ensure each creation reaches you in perfect condition, orders are thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 3 to 10 business days except made to order pieces.

We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery on eligible items. However, handcrafted handwork sarees, custom-made pieces, and ready-made blouses are exclusively created and therefore not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

As our collections often feature limited-edition and artisan-crafted pieces, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Eligible exchanges, where approved, may be facilitated in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
